Residential renovation
Whole-home and rear-of-house renovations on established Northern Beaches homes. Opening up dark floor plans, replacing tired kitchens and bathrooms, and connecting the living areas to the yard properly.

Heritage restoration
Character and heritage-listed properties, where the answer is rarely the quick one. Original geometry matched, profiles remade rather than replaced, and council conditions sorted before anything gets pulled apart.

Property maintenance
Ongoing care for houses Trueform has built or restored, and for owners who would rather call one builder than five trades. Small jobs, done when they're small.

Questions I get asked Before you ring anyone
Do you take on small jobs?Yes. Maintenance and small works keep Chris close to past clients, and that's often how the bigger jobs start.
Fixed price or cost-plus?Fixed where the scope allows it. Where it genuinely can't be, you'll see the allowance and what sits behind it.
Do you do design and drawings?Chris works with architects and designers you bring, or can point you to ones he's built for before. He doesn't draw the plans himself.
Who's actually on site?Chris, plus the same subcontractors he has used for years. No new faces learning on your house.
How far do you travel?Northern Beaches and Upper North Shore — if you're just outside the area, ring and ask.
